The U.S. has won gold 11 times at the IIHF U18 Men's World Championship, more than any other country. The annual event features the top players in the world under the age of 18, many who go on to be stars in college hockey, the NHL and on the international stage. 

The 2024 IIHF U18 Men's World Championship was held April 25-May 5 in Espoo and Vantaa, Finland, where Team USA claimed the silver medal. It was the 20th medal overall for the U.S. in the event all-time.
